Breakfast: Oatmeal with dried fruit & Walnut.
Lunch: Salad, pea soup, tangerine, almonds
Dinner: Steamed green beans, wild rice, grilled summer squash and onions. Dried fruit.
No exercise – long day at Wally World. I’m bushed!
