Woohoo! Weighed in this morning at 170.5. A 2 ½ pounds drop. A new low, too!

Here’s what I ate, yesterday.

Breakfast: Steel cut oatmeal with dried fruit, walnuts & fresh blueberries
Lunch: Vegetable soup
Dinner: Greens & beans, green salad, almond milk

And today;
Breakfast: Steel cut oatmeal with dried fruit, walnuts & fresh blackberries
Lunch: Green smoothie
Dinner: Greens & beans, Vegetable soup, mango & blackberries

Weight- 170.5
