Yesterday was the end of month weigh in. I haven’t posted an entry for the month. There is little change in my total from end of month, May, only ½ pound. But there is a three pound loss in fat! I have been walking consistently the last three weeks for a total of 5 hours per week. I’ve been off CASS for a whole week. I feel much better with more energy. My goal in the next three weeks is to lose 6 pounds of fat. I did manage to wear my St. Columba kilt on June 9th.
