Why nine weeks? I head for Scotland for The Gathering. So, I need to be at my kilt weight for my Malcolm kilt. A lot of starts since finding success with the Eat to Live/Eat for Health diet of Joel Fuhrman, but I think I have the motivation to win this one.
Last week I weighed in at 182. I lost 5 pounds this week doing a modified E2L and three hours of walking. 172 is my optimal weight and 165 is my ideal. Late evening snacking with CASS is my downfall. I stayed away from her this week and was successful.
With this weigh in I got out of the overweight BMI category. Let’s see how the next 8 weeks go!
