It’s been four months since, I posted. No need I guess my lifestyle behavior has not improved. Addicted to CASS and not exercising. M stats reflect this. Yeah, I know. I’m a wreck which needs to get with the program!

EOM JUNE 2009

Yesterday was the end of month weigh in. I haven’t posted an entry for the month. There is little change in my total from end of month, May, only ½ pound. But there is a three pound loss in fat! I have been walking consistently the last three weeks for a total of 5 hours per week. I’ve been off CASS for a whole week. I feel much better with more energy. My goal in the next three weeks is to lose 6 pounds of fat. I did manage to wear my St. Columba kilt on June 9th.

EOM MAY

I did manage to lose 5 pounds this month. That's good. I didn't follow my successful week before due to a cold. I am eating better. Hope to feel better to resume working out.

NEW NINE WEEK PROGRAM

Why nine weeks? I head for Scotland for The Gathering. So, I need to be at my kilt weight for my Malcolm kilt. A lot of starts since finding success with the Eat to Live/Eat for Health diet of Joel Fuhrman, but I think I have the motivation to win this one.

Last week I weighed in at 182. I lost 5 pounds this week doing a modified E2L and three hours of walking. 172 is my optimal weight and 165 is my ideal. Late evening snacking with CASS is my downfall. I stayed away from her this week and was successful.

With this weigh in I got out of the overweight BMI category. Let’s see how the next 8 weeks go!

WEEK 1 RESULTS EOM & End of Winter Program

A successful week! Lose of 3 lbs. and an inch of the waist and chest since Sunday. Regular exercise and eating ETLM. One planned CASS treat last night. Two whiskys, portion of pistachios. Did have two small blocks of Hershey’s chocolate. Yeah this is livable.

Statistics for EOM and Winter Program:
Weight 180, Chest 40, Waist 40, Hips 40, BMI 25.1, Fat% 23.5, Muscle lbs 138, Fat 42.

My total exercise for the week is 6.25! I only had one evening to work in my part time job which enable me more time for exercise. I revved up my strength training with another circuit, now 3.

Almost a Week!

Gosh, do I feel better. Have fought the cravings for CASS, and have managed so far. Been eating ETL with no snacks. My weight has been a constant 181.5.

Been exercising all week. A great accomplishment!

Tomorrow, Friday night I will have a shot of whisky and a serving of pistachios while watching Battlestar Galactica.

Saturday will be the 1st week completed.

14 Week Program.

Another start. Weighed in today, at 183. Same stats as the start of the year. My goal is to lose 1.5 pounds a week to reach 162 on Memorial Day. Do what I need to get there. Exercise, avoid CASS and eat right.
